          5. Minette Marrin is a journalist, broadcaster and fiction writer. Formerly a columnist for the Daily Telegraph and Sunday Telegraph, she is now a columnist for the Sunday Times, shortlisted for Columnist of the Year at the 2004 Press Awards.
